John A. Grimes - Founding Member/ Songwriter/ Friend

1961-2023.  In memory of John Grimes, the heart and soul of Reverend Dirt.   Reverend Dirt began with an idea shared by John Grimes and Daniel Domain in 2021. John's music and friendship remain part of the foundation on which Reverend Dirt stands today. John's music career was long with well over 40 years playing and writing music.  John served in many bands throughout his 61 years on this Earth.  His gift for writing deep meaningful songs will be sorely missed, but most of all we just miss our brother and our friend.  We love you Big John!  We miss you dearly and are sad that you are gone...But we know where you are are and that you are partying and playing music with your Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  Till we meet again, brother, keep rocking!
